If you wish to initiate a return for your order, please reach out to us at support@roxos.co. Our dedicated team will provide you with comprehensive return instructions within 24 hours to facilitate the process.

You have the option to return your purchased product within 14 days from the date of order placement. To qualify for a return, the product must adhere to the following conditions: it should exhibit no signs of use, include all accompanying cards and accessories, and its packaging must remain intact. Kindly note that products no longer sealed and not in new condition, or products with missing cards, will not be eligible for a refund.

Promotional Periods

During promotional periods offering discounts, Roxos does not cover the costs associated with returns. Nonetheless, you continue to enjoy the convenience of a 24-day return window. You are welcome to return your product within this period, in accordance with the established return conditions.

If you decide to return a discounted purchase, you will receive a voucher equivalent to the purchase amount. This voucher will be delivered to your email within 14 days from the time of your return.

Shipping Costs

Please be aware that shipping costs are calculated separately and added on top of the shipping price during promotional periods or for products with discounted rates.
